This is one of the best restaurants in Colorado, hands down. The Original Porchetta sandwich was pretty good, but you owe it to yourself to get the Al Pastor when you go here. Its jam packed with flavor and might be my new favorite ...

Delicious sandwich! I had the original and my friend had the Al pastor and said it was so good. Not too greasy, has an interesting crispness to it. The building itself has no ambiance, but definitely doesnt match the quality of food. The owner is super friendly and its impressive hes working the place by himself.

My first time here today so I ordered the Original. Very large, flavorful sandwich. 910 just a tad on the dry side for me. Im excited to go back and try to Al Pastor. I didnt care for the seasoned fries. They are not necessary at all. Place is small and clean. Owner is friendly.
